Having inherited the property from our late aunt, living in the UK and being an overseas seller posed quite a daunting challenge for me.
Selling a property in the USA is very different to selling in the UK! Jonathan was recommended by family friends and from the very first meeting he came prepared, having looked up
information on the house that he thought might be useful to us as we had to go to probate. Some of the information he provided was indeed very crucial to that process!
Thoughout Jonathan has guided my cousin and I through every step of the house sale. We’ve had numerous video and audio WhatsApp calls between us.
I can’t stress enough how impressed I’ve been with Jonathan’s professionalism, knowledge and dedication to bring our house sale to a successful conclusion despite having to overcome some major hurdles along the way.
